Inside this ranch style home offers a split floor plan with a spacious great room with seating for everyone for watching TV or cozying up to the gas fireplace. Bar height dining table and beautiful kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, wine cooler too. No detail has gone undone as wine bottles become lights above the wooden live edge bar countertop. If you must work, there is a desk for your laptop to check emails as Wi-Fi is available. The master suite is the perfect setting for couples looking to relax and have their own space. The king size bed, flat screen TV and sliding glass door give access to the covered porch. The master bathroom offers double sinks, jetted tub and tile shower. Across to the other side of the cabin are two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms is the perfect spot for kids or teens looking for their own space as the bedroom offers a set of bunk beds with a trundle. Full size and twin above as well another twin below. TV and DVD player for movies as well as games too! The other guest bedroom offers a Queen size bed, TV and the most picturesque window overlooking the mountains and river, and a door that leads out to the covered porch. Step onto the covered porch and you'll find a gas grill, table for eating and plenty of seating for everyone. Enjoy one of the wooden rockers as you sit back and take in the view while catching a glimpse of one of the many hummingbirds that come to greet you. DEPOSIT PROTECTION

DEPOSIT PROTECTION: The Deposit Protection is available at time of booking and guarantees a full refund, less the cost of the protection fee plus tax, up to 30 days prior to your arrival. **Re-booked/Rescheduled reservations are not eligible for refunds**. Without the purchase of Deposit Protection, there is a strict no refund/no reschedule policy. There are NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR NO SHOWS. VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

The Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to Check -Out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damages that exceed $1,500 will be charged to your credit card on file. If you damage the real or personal property assigned to your rental accommodation during this trip, the Insurer will reimburse the cost of repair or replacement of the property, up to $1,500.
