Be our guests at Rambling Waters in the fabulous, sophisticated vacation retreat located in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains! Located on 5 acres in a gated community just minutes from downtown Murphy, this upscale cabin is beautifully appointed and very well stocked for guests needs in mind. Main floor offers an expansive deck offers casual elegance with outdoor dining, lounging and conversation areas. Gas grill for grilling up dinner or enjoy your favorite beverage and take in the mountain scenery. The lower deck has a laid-back chill area with a 2-person hammock, hammock chairs, gravity chair and Adirondacks. Inside on the main floor you'll find a large great room with stone wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV, upscale furniture and a full kitchen with a beautiful wood dining table. Master bedroom with King size bed is on the main floor along with the spa-like bathroom that offers a dual-headed shower. Upstairs are two of the guest bedrooms, both with Queen beds and a full bathroom offering a tile shower. Downstairs in the rec room you'll find something for everyone with a second stone wood burning fireplace, smart TV, bar and bar seating, mini fridge for your cocktail mixers and snacks. Enjoy a game of poker, gin rummy or Uno all while still being surrounded by the mountain and pond views. The bunk room with is on the lower level which is a great place for kids to enjoy the "camping" tent, plus lots of games, puzzles and books. If you are an early bird, you'll catch some stunning pink/orange mountain sunrises from the great room and deck. Nighttime s'mores around the fire pit and pond gives everyone something to look forward to before bed and the star gazing here is amazing. You'll fall in love with Rambling Waters, and it will become your go to family retreat for a mountain vacation.

DEPOSIT PROTECTION

DEPOSIT PROTECTION: The Deposit Protection is available at time of booking and guarantees a full refund, less the cost of the protection fee plus tax, up to 30 days prior to your arrival. **Re-booked/Rescheduled reservations are not eligible for refunds**. Inside of 30 days of your arrival, deposit protection will allow you a one-time use to re-book your stay within 12 months of your original dates, in the original property booked with 100% credit applied, less the cost of the Deposit Protection plus tax, up to 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Inside of 10 days prior to your arrival there is a strict no refund/no reschedule policy. **New dates for Rebooked/Rescheduled reservations must be selected within 30 days**. **Rebooked/Rescheduled reservations are subject to any rate changes for the new dates selected**. Without the purchase of Deposit Protection, there is a strict no refund/no reschedule policy. There are NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR NO SHOWS. If you have ANY concerns regarding the possibility of canceling or rescheduling for ANY reason, including but not limited to illness, accidents, family emergencies, Acts of God and/or Force Majeure, pandemics, the impracticability of performance, federal, state or local travel restrictions, etc.. In that case, we strongly encourage you to get Deposit Protection to protect you against ANY and ALL unforeseen events you would need to cancel or reschedule.

VACATION RENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

The Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to Check -Out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $1,500. Any damages that exceed $1,500 will be charged to your credit card on file. If you damage the real or personal property assigned to your rental accommodation during this trip, the Insurer will reimburse the cost of repair or replacement of the property, up to $1,500.
