Thank you for another great stay! The view was great and you are always responsive to any issues we run into. We’ve stayed elsewhere and can’t say the same. Also, a big shout out to Darcy at Infinity Spa. She’s awesome!

Can't say enough good things about the staff at Mountain Country Cabin Rentals and Remax. We really enjoyed our stay in the Smoky Views peaceful, quiet cabin.

Good website. Easy key pickup. Cabin exactly as pictured. Clean and very nice.

Overall good, but an option to access the property without driving to the office would be nice, like a lockbox on the property or electronic door lock. We had to drive an extra 40 minutes for check-in and checkout.

Wonderful as always! Easy check in and out, cabin was super clean with everything you need and close to everything! Love Smokies View!

Awesome, Cabin & View spectacular

We loved the views from the cabin and the comfort it offered. Very spacious for a family of four. My husband and the kids loved the beds, and I spent long hours taking photos from the deck, enjoying the night sky and laying on the hammock. This is just a suggestion: I would have enjoyed having some creamer for my coffee the morning after our arrival, especially since the cabin is about 20 minutes from the stores.

Although I wasn’t 100% pleased with the condition of the cabin, the staff at turn in addressed all concerns. Always a pleasure to work with and wonderful cabins!

Everything was wonderful!! beautiful cabin and the scenery was fantastic. The only problem we found wrong was the dishwasher would not turn on. I left the dishes in the dishwasher and hopefully the cleaning lady will know how to turn it on. I tried everything!!

Absolutely A+++, check in And out is so smooth! We love Smokies View and stay there at least 4 times a year! Mountain Country Cabin Rentals is the best! I even left my anniversary earrings there last time and they retrieved them and kept them! for us! A+++

This is our favorite rental, the views are unbelievable! We feel like this is our second home, we love the time to ourselves, it is so quiet. We enjoy grilling out and laying in the hammock and just unplugging from everything. We usually stay at least twice a year, sometimes more if time allows. Everything is always so clean and perfect! A+++

Great cabin, love the furniture's, outside is a great place to eat while viewing the mountains, you can see the clouds moving into the cabin early in the morning. quiet and very easy to get to, great roads for being so high. will come back again.

Everyone was extremely helpful on not only our vacation home, but ideas for areas to retire.

This is the second time I’ve rented with your company and I definitely will do so again. I cannot remember the name of the lady who handles rentals but she is very nice - very pleasant and helpful. Your cabins are very clean and I know now they are sanitized which means a lot. I hope to be back next year.

Beautiful cabin, very clean and a great view. Enjoyed our stay. No AT&T cellular service in the cabin area; had to use wi-fi calling. Wi-fi was skimpy at 5 Mbps and less; tough to stream at that speed.

We stayed at Smokie Views and it was perfect, clean, everything you need for cooking and enjoying your stay and a great view. Super pleased from start to finish with the service and value

Great cabin. Could use a few more essentials in the kitchen. Pleas consider a few cookie sheets a pizza pan/stone as well as a grill set ( brush spatula etc.) if any of those were there we didn’t find them. Usually find these in your other cabins we have rented. Thanks Kevin Tollison
