We provide assistance to help your trip go smoothly with easy planning and extra care. We offer a variety of specialty packages like Stock the Kitchen, our Welcome Package, and our Excursion Package, as well as ways to celebrate those special occasions for you and your loved ones to make your mountain vacation even more memorable. Proposal / Anniversary

For the love birds who are planning a romantic vacation either for an anniversary or a surprise proposal, we offer a variety of champagne/wine, roses, and an arrangement of rose petals before your arrival to the cabin. We have multiple photographers who can shoot your surprise engagement, engagement photos, elopement, or family photos in different mountain settings. We will set you up with a photographer who can really get a feel for what you want to capture here in the Smoky Mountains.

Stock the Kitchen

We all know the struggle of going on vacation and trying to shop when all you want to do is relax when you arrive. That's why we offer a service to stock the kitchen at your cabin for you. Once you fill out the grocery list, we will arrange to get your items to the cabin and stock the pantry and fridge before your arrival. Specialty items can be added upon request.

Welcome Package

Upon your arrival, you'll have a variety of local products such as handmade soaps, honey, ceramic mugs, Blue Ridge Olive Oils, and much more to remember your special trip to the Smoky Mountains.

Birthday Package

Planning a birthday weekend getaway? Upon request we can have balloons and cake delivered before your arrival or at a date and time of your preference. A photographer can be there to snap those precious moments for you.

*We will charge the service fee upfront. The remaining amount will come out seven days prior to arrival.
