Private, out of the way, beautiful cabin. You can hear the burbling creek from the house and see it from the porch. Three out of five jets were working in the Jacuzzi but they were wonderful. Beds were soft.

It would have been helpful for the cabin owner or rental company to provide a notebook or folder with all information about the cabin and amenities in one location. Also needs better Wi-Fi. The cabin is well appointed and the back porch and wooded setting with the wonderful sound of the creek makes it an outstanding experience.

Staff was always very nice and prompt to answer questions and let you know when they received your emails.

I must say, I have stayed in many cabins, but this serenity cabin was by FAR the most relaxing of them all. The cabin was immaculate when I arrived. I finally found a cabin with a true wood burning fireplace and cozy beds, the hot tub was outstanding. I only have two issues. First, the ice maker shoots cubes everywhere but in the glass,which I had to pick up many cubes of ice on the floor.(maybe reduce the pressure) Second the downstairs TV I could not get to work. Other than that I had to give it 5 stars. The running river/stream was paradise. The staff was very professional.

Cabin was great. We really enjoyed our time. One thing is the TV downstairs didn't work. We called on Friday when we arrived and were told that someone would call us back. No one ever did, so the gaming TV wasn't able to be used at all. Other than that, the balcony and creek were great.

Serenity Creek was a quaint piece of heaven nestled in the mountains. The babbling creek behind the cabin was absolute perfection. The views all around were serene. The home was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. The hot tub was the highlight of our Girls Getaway.

It was a great cabin, loved the sound of the creek. The hot tub and the deck were very relaxing. Only glitch was on the first night we lost TV and internet due to rain. After that everything was great. I would absolutely recommend you. I have recommended you to our real estate agent when she has other clients visit.

Had A wonderful stay and everything went smoothly. Although we didn't have any interactions with staff this was a good thing in itself. Self check-in was easy as was checking out. A couple of calls to clarify a few issues before hand were handled efficiently and satisfactorily.

Everything was clean and beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed my four nights. The semi loud stream off the back deck was so peaceful and relaxing. Cabin was at the end of a road so there was no traffic or other noises. Whould definitely stay there again. I'd buy it if i could.

We had a wonderful time. Although COVID-19 has most things shut down, we had just as much fun spending time at the cabin. In fact, we drove 6 hours to stay at serenity creek for just 2 days and I’d do it all over again. The hot tub is an awesome amenity and the views are incredible. Listening to the water flow in the creek while I sat on the back porch area was so calming and peaceful. The cabin even smelled like an everyday used home. I loved this place.

We had a great weekend getaway to do some mountain riding on the motorcycle. Thank you for booking us in short notice. Just a heads up, there was no internet as advertised. The cabin owner has it turned off. Would've been nice to do some map pre-planning, but we were able to do that at a coffee shop downtown. Thank you again, it made my wifes birthday a great one.

Great! The house was beautiful. The sheets on the king bed weren't the best quality and there was a lot of snagging on them. A better set of sheets would have been nice. Also, the kitchen table only had 5 chairs and we were a family of 7, so that was a bit inconvenient.

It was an overall wonderful experience. The cabin was just as secluded as I was hoping and was extremely clean and inviting. The hot tub was a definite amenity that I was looking for and it was perfect, along with the creek running behind the cabin. Only good things can be said as to how the cabin looked and how easy it was to inquire about the property and receive the information needed to make our stay pleasureable. The only negative thing is we didn’t stay long enough and can’t wait to come back for more time!!!

Nice clean place for us to feel at home while Hurricane Florence hit our home on the coast.

We really enjoyed our time at Serenity Creek Cabin. The check in and out process was fast and simple. The cabin was clean and cozy, right be the creek, that you could here so clearly. We loved the jacuzzi!

The process of renting a cabin was very easy. The electronic or digital signing of the paperwork was painless. The lady that met us Friday to give us the key was friendly and polite and did not keep us waiting. The detail in the email regarding the check-in process was nice and left very few, if any questions. Only minor "hiccup" was the "requirement" to mail or fax back the credit card authorization form; which ended up not being necessary after all.
